Who is responsible

Arkana is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data requires the controller's registered address to appear here.

What we collect, and why

If you use the form, we collect the email address you give us and anything you write in the message, so that we can reply. That is the only purpose. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

We also record how you arrived at the site, such as the referring page and any campaign parameters in the link, so we know which of our own efforts are worth continuing. This is stored in your own browser and sent with the form only if you submit it.

Site analytics are cookieless and do not identify you. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share personal data with anyone for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years from the last contact, then deleted. If you ask us to delete sooner, we delete sooner.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you can ask for access to your data, correction of it, deletion of it, restriction of how it is used, a portable copy, and you can object to processing. Write to partnerships@arkanaagency.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Transfers and security

The site is served through Cloudflare, so requests may be processed outside the UAE. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. We keep access to enquiries limited to the people who need to answer them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so here with the date it changed.
