What this site is

This is a description of what Arkana does. It is not an offer, and nothing here forms a contract. Work is done under a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement governs.

Lead times and figures

Lead times on this site are the ones we publish and work to, measured from a signed brief with the material we need in hand. Market figures are attributed to their source and numbered. Where a figure is calculated from published data it is labelled derived; where it is projected forward it is labelled extrapolated, and the method is shown in both cases. Third-party research is the property of whoever produced it.

What belongs to whom

The Arkana name, mark and the material on this site belong to Arkana. Game titles, platforms and brands appearing anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners. Footage shown on this site is from work Arkana produced or from format examples, and appears with the permission of the parties involved.

We link to the sources behind our figures so you can check them. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of error, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it in place of written advice from us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
